Outside: a sheltered summer kitchen with dining area and BBQ (Gaz/Charcoal), a second outdoor dining area in the inner courtyard nearby the fountain. The 13.5 x 3.5 meter pool can be heated in mid-season (+100€/week) and is secured by an alarm. Pool house with HiFi, wc, and shower. Electrical gate, covered parking, Internet high speed connection, 3 hours of house cleaning included, house, bath and pool linen supplied. The 5 ha estate including woods and an olive grove will welcome Provence hiking lovers. Avignon TGV is a 50 min drive; a famous village and little town with shops about 10 min. Pets not allowed, rentals for 10 guests maximum and sunday to sunday only in high season.
